As you know, the Aar takes its source in the Bernese Oberland and traverses a magnificent region before flowing into Lake Bienne. The beer that Attila's passengers drink on the lake also comes from the Oberland. La brasserie traditionnelle Rugenbräu is a partner of the Attila Boutique Boatel with the beer of the same name and the distillates from the distillerie Rugen. Remo Kobluk, êtes-vous amateur de bateaux et de croisières ?
I have a great affinity with maritime transportation and I am already a fan of the MS Attila. I really like the idea of the Boutique Boatel. In general, I love this element and I enjoy being on and in the water. Under the water too, but only for plunging.
When you contacted us for the first time about Attila Boutique Boatel, what did you think spontaneously?
Un grand projet ! It's a novelty in Switzerland. Creating such an offer from a relic of the Expo requires a force of innovation.
What were the reasons for becoming a partner in this project?
The offer allows you to live a real experience in a particularly beautiful region. This is the occasion for the Rugenbräu brand to get involved as a partner on the Attila and to offer passengers the pleasure of being on board. The team of the project convinced me completely, there had already been a good cooperation with certain people before and this encouraged me to get involved.
I really love being in this region and I feel right at home here. Even though I know the region well, I'm excited to discover it from a different angle thanks to Attila.
À quoi ressemble le partenariat entre Rugenbräu et l'Attila ?
Nous sommes fiers d'être impliqués en tant que partenaire pour les boissons. Abant tout, nous y sommes représentés avec notre bière et les distillats de la distillerie Rugen. The Oberland bernois, where the Aar has its source, is therefore part of the show. The Aar flows into the Lac de Bienne, to the south of the Jura: a beautiful symbiosis with Attila.

There was no such thing, but we have created special taps that perfectly combine the "boutique" idea and Oberland beer.
The particularity of this project was to adapt our installations to the conditions of l'Attila: the installation of the robinet de soutirage in function of the size and proportions of the Captain's Lounge was therefore a passionate challenge.
Pouvez-vous nous présenter brièvement la brasserie Rugenbräu ?
Rugenbräu AG is a brasserie traditionnelle qui s'appuie sur plus de 150 ans d'histoire et qui est toujours gérée de manière familiale aujourd'hui. The expertise of the brewer's trade is used daily by a dynamic team for both classic and specialty beers. We also have the Rugen distillery, which produces our three gins as well as the "Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky" and the "Fleur de Bière". In short, by connoisseurs for connoisseurs.
Do you also have a personal connection with the Trois-Lacs region or are you keen to get to know it better?
I have a strong personal connection with the region. I really like being in this region and I feel at home here. Even though I know the region well, I am keen to rediscover it from a different angle thanks to Attila.
