A magical place. The island of Saint-Pierre is steeped in history, having been visited in the past by writers and philosophers such as Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Goethe. The old monastery building is now a restaurant and hotel. The vineyard, which was already cultivated in the XIIth century, still produces an excellent wine today.
