Discover and experience a piece of Swiss history. Grandson Castle towers high above Lake Neuchâtel. Particularly noteworthy are the armory with its suits of armor, the knights' hall with its Renaissance choir stalls, the banquet hall, the dungeon, the torture chamber, the Renaissance bedroom, the chapel and the 150-meter-long battlements, which offer a wonderful panorama of Lake Neuchâtel. Among other things, the castle witnessed the famous Battle of Grandson (1476) where Charles the Bold and the Confederates faced each other.
