Since automne 2021, the Boutique Boatel ATTILA has been in vogue on the lakes of Neuchâtel, Morat and Bienne, the longest navigable waterway in the country. Now, the first croisière/hotel boat on the Swiss lakes is running a crowdinvesting campaign on oomnium.com and is offering very attractive gifts for the purchase of "amateur action". The new purchasers of the extra small packet of shares (CHF 240.-) will receive an Attila travel credit of the same amount.

Investors have the opportunity to participate in this innovative and sustainable travel experience by becoming the free co-owners of a Swiss navigation company. But that's not all: thanks to propulsion by a hybrid engine, the operators are now taking full advantage of the beauty of the Trois-Lacs region. Their aim is to continue to optimize the issues of sustainability and ecology, both on board and throughout the entire farm. It is planned to install photovoltaic panels on the Captain's Lounge and to study alternative forms of propulsion, such as liquid hydrocarbons. This increase in capital will also make it possible to reduce the liabilities caused by Covid-19, which are unfortunately unavoidable, as is the case for the quasi-integrity of other tourism companies. An increase in capital of CHF 1 million thanks to crowdinvesting will allow the boat to sail safely into the future.

To achieve this, the first and unique hotel/cruise ship is increasing its capital thanks to a financing round on the OOMNIUM platform. This platform allows small budgets to become shareholders in companies whose ideas they like and whose values they share. OOMNIUM calls this "Venture Crowd Capital". The 70 or so current shareholders support Boutique Boatel ATTILA because they are convinced of the concept. They have already committed to providing a sum of CHF 250,000 for the current financing round.
